Assistant Manager in Data Management, Science, and Analytics @ Red Sea Global
Welcome to my professional portal, where passion for data science meets the drive for innovation and excellence. With over five years of experience in spearheading transformative data initiatives, I am dedicated to advancing the frontiers of data management, business process automation, and enterprise project management.
As the Assistant Manager in Data Management, Science, and Analytics at Red Sea Global (RSG), I am proud to lead a dynamic team of fresh graduates and data professionals, guiding them in the art and science of data management. My mission is to cultivate the next generation of data leaders, ensuring they are equipped with cutting-edge skills that adhere to the highest standards set by the National Data Management Office (NDMO).
Through my leadership, RSG is solidifying its position as a leader in data innovation, consistently aligning with Vision 2030. My work is not just about data; it’s about harnessing the power of technology to create organizational and societal value. Whether it’s through developing our data catalog, warehouse, and lake, or founding the DMPO Academy to nurture elite talent, my commitment is to drive excellence and empower others to do the same.
Join me on this journey as I continue to leverage technology, mentor the next generation of data scientists, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in data-driven innovation. Together, we can build a sustainable, knowledge-based economy for the future.
My professional journey began in 2017 as a part-time bookseller at Barnes & Noble, where I discovered a deep passion for customer service and a love for literature, all while pursuing my undergraduate degree.
In 2019, I became an Instructional Assistant at the campus Technical Support Center, where I was awarded the Title V Scholarship to pursue my Master’s in Computer Science at St. Mary’s University, San Antonio, Texas, USA.
In the summer of 2019, I interned at Jordan Ford in San Antonio, Texas, where I focused on Network and Desktop Support. This role offered me hands-on experience in infrastructure management, digital transformation, and technical support, laying a strong foundation for my future in technology.
After graduating, I was selected from a pool of 37,000 applicants to join the second batch of Red Sea Global’s prestigious elite program. In my first year, I gained invaluable experience working within the business administration department as part of the corporate performance team, under the guidance of Ehab Alkindi and the leadership of Ahmad Darwish. This opportunity allowed me to dive deep into strategic frameworks, master key performance indicators (KPIs), and earn certification as a Balanced Scorecard Management System professional.
In my second year, I took the lead on key automated solutions, developed over 20 workflows, and created dashboards within the BI-EPMO, further solidifying my role in driving innovation and efficiency within the organization.
Driven by the adage ‘data is the new oil,’ my third year as a data scientist has been focused on embracing the pivotal role of data in our modern world.
I’ve been privileged to play a key role in the establishment of the Data Management and Protection Office (DMPO), a key milestone in our company’s journey toward embracing data’s essential role in today’s world.
My computer science background has enabled me to further my passion and expertise in machine learning/analytics, areas I had planted seeds in early in my career.
Together, we’ve focused on leading initiatives in data governance, management, science, and analytics, playing a collective role in guiding RSG toward a future built on data-driven decision-making.
I am a distinguished 2020 graduate with a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, USA, where I was honored with the Title V Scholarship. In 2019, I also earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with a Math Minor from St. Mary’s University.

Manar Abouhenidi was introduced to me as a new intern that was to be placed in my department. I quickly found Manar to be highly intelligent and highly motivated to learn the world of computers, both theory and life application of knowledge. She had such a very wide range of training and knowledge that I even suggested to her that she should focus into an area that reflects her higher interest such as networking, security, or user application. Not only was she a highly intelligent person, but she has a great work ethic. When I gave her a project to complete, I would not see her except when she had a question or had completed the job. And I never found her completed work lacking in anything. Through the short time she spent with us, she made an ever lasting impression and memories that we still talk about today.
Manar worked as in intern for Jordan Ford in the IT department. She is a very bright, polite, humble yet confident young woman. She has a wonderful attitude and everyone loved her. Her immediate supervisors were thrilled with her knowledge and work ethic. Based on these demonstrated qualities I would highly recommend Manar for any job she might apply for. I’m sure you will be thrilled with her abilities and personality.
